What is an Access Pass?

An Access Pass permits a resident of New York State with a permanent disability, as defined in the attached application, free use of parks, historic sites, and recreational facilities operated by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

How do I get an Access Pass?

The Access Pass program is run by the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. They can be contacted at (518) 474-0456.

How long will I recieve an Access Pass?

It will take about 8-10 weeks for processing of this application.

When you get an access pass that means you can go any of three sities of the Belleyre Mt. or Gore Mt. or Whiteface Mt. to show them your ACCESS PASS for "free" ski lift.  The three of them are operated by the state of New York.
