Acknowledgement of Responsibilities and Release of Liability
In joining the Deaf Ski Club of Rochester (DSCR), I assume all risks
and hazards, incidental to such participant, including transportation,
skiing,and social activities, and agree to hold harmless the DSCR,
its officers and members, from any liabilities for such activities or
for any claims for injuries in such activities.
I hereby apply for membership in the DSCR.
